We ship orders directly from our workshop in Colombia.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items can be refunded; discount items cannot be refunded.

Items from previous collections or special prices will be exchanged only for items from the same collection (the item is subject to availability in stock). The item will be received for the value declared on the invoice.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Items are guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects. Imperfections due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use (damage to seams, tears, poor washing), will not be recognized as guarantees. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to coralconsciousbrand@gmail.com to start the return process.

There are no cash refunds. A store credit will be issued.

Changes (if applicable)

If at the time you receive the items, it shows an error in the shipment, you must notify it by email to coralconsciousbrand@gmail.com with a maximum of 2 business days after receiving the order. To enable this process, you must contact the customer service line +57 305 3413720 (Whatsapp) in Colombia, or write via email coralconsciousbrand@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipment

Instructions for the return will be sent after notification by mail of the change or return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, only in case of manufacturing defects, the shipping costs will be assumed by the seller.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is an error in the transport guide (incorrect data such as the address).

CORAL CONSCIOUS BRAND is not responsible for the incorrect address indicated on the invoice, so you must verify the mailing address before checking out. If a package is returned unclaimed, CORAL CONSCIOUS BRAND reserves the right to re-invoice reshipping charges.
